Underprivileged Children's Educational Programs (UCEP) Bangladesh is a large and expanding national NGO having 63 institutions in Dhaka, Chittagong, Khulna, Rajshahi, Sylhet, Barisal, Rangpur Divisional Head Quarters and Gazipur District. The institutions are imparting Integrated General and Vocational Education up to Grade-VIII, SSC Vocational and Technical education and training with subsequent job placement to the urban working children. Current enrolment is over 42,000 children in UCEP schools.

UCEP Bangladesh requires qualified and experienced candidates for the follow­ing position :

1. Secretary to Director

Educational Qualification, Experience & Other Requirements:

•   Minimum Bachelor Degree in any discipline from any recognised institute/ university

•   Diploma in Secretarial Science is preferable

•   05 years experience in similar position in GO/ NGO/ Private Sector after obtaining the requisite academic qualification

•   Should be computer literate and skilled in operating programs like MS Power­Point, MS Excel, MS Word and skilled in Bangla Word Processing

•   Should be able to perform secretarial duties independently, such as office corre­spondence, setting up of meetings and appointments, filing, coordination with other directorates, writing up meeting minutes and other assignments as and when necessary

•   Should be well conversant with use of electronic office equipment/devices

•   Excellent knowledge of English both spoken and written is essential

•   Age: Maximum 40 years

Salary: Monthly Salary BDT 21,000/- plus other admissible benefits.
