We are inviting applications for the following positions in Plan Bangladesh:

Project Manager - Missing Child Alert (Bangladesh)
Based in Dhaka + Consolidated Monthly Salary Tk. 101,801 -127,251 + 3 years' employment contract.
You will be responsible for achieving the project deliverables by providing technical assistance to the project partner with a project team located in Dhaka, Jessore and Satkhira. As part of sub-regionai Missing Child Alert (MCA) project, the overall objective of this project is to develop and pilot a sustainable cross border anti-child trafficking alert system in Bangladesh, India and Nepal. The MCA project also focuses on tracing and rescuing trafficked children and women and links prevention, protection, rehabilitation, lobby and advocacy efforts to ensure an effective and efficient approach to reduce child trafficking. On a regular basis, you will have to ensure the technical assistance for developing social protection group; building institutional awareness on MCA system; designing training programs for local authorities; developing youth media groups and media partnership for creating mass awareness; developing systems and approaches for repatriation and re-integration of trafficked survivors; and conducting national level advocacy. Other routine responsibilities include working closely with finance and other departments to ensure that project meets both internal and external operational requirements, and leading and coordinating an effective system of monitoring and evaluation that ensures high quality donor reporting. For this role, you should have Masters degree in any discipline with at least five years' managerial and technical experience in anti-chiid trafficking programs/projects and demonstrated ability to work with high level policy audience. Other essential requirements are excellent communication skills in English and Bangla and ability to write quality reports. The job requires intensive field visits and an ability to work under pressure.

Reporting to the Deputy Country Director - Operations, you will be responsible for ensuring that routine administrative aspects of organization are managed; all official assets are maintained; security measures are installed and maintained; and ail administrative compliances are met. On a regular basis, you will guide and facilitate the effective use and management of Plan's resources; provide support in managing contracts with partner organizations; ensure logistics for management and programs; ensure necessary compliances for meeting requirements of NGO affairs bureau; design standardized internal controls on administrative functions; document and disseminate best practices in order to promote learning and continuous improvement; participate in country management team meeting and provide feedback/inputs. For this role, you should have Masters degree and five years' experience as Administrative Manager preferably in any development organisation^}. Project Coordinator - Stop Child Marriage
Based in Sreepur (GazipurJ/Khansama (Dinajpur) + Consolidated Monthly Salary Tk. 41,000 - 50,000 + 4 years' employment contract
Reporting to the Program Unit Manager, you will be responsible for assisting implementation of Stop Chiid Marriage (SCM) project through a partner organisation. The SCM project aims at reducing incidences of Child Marriage (CM) among girls through mass awareness raising and strengthening child protection mechanism against child marriage. On a regular basis, you will ensure that partner develops district level NGO alliance and implements awareness raising on CM and media campaign; develops capacity of adolescents and community on CM protection mechanisms; ensures birth registration and economic safety nets and coalition advocacy. You will also ensure that partner delivers training programs to adolescents and local authorities; engages youth media groups for creating community awareness; and carries out local level advocacy. Other routine responsibilities include preparation of budget and mobilizing resources; providing supports for capacity building of partners, community including relevant local govt. bodies; preparing reports and project documentation. For this role, you should have Masters degree plus at least three years' experience in community mobilization and partner management. Experience must include working with child protection/prevention of child marriage related programs. Strong computer literacy and good communication skills are essential requirements. You must be willing to take extensive field visits and drive motorbike.

Reporting to the Program Unit Manager, you will be responsible for assisting implementation of Women And Their Children's Health project through partners. On a regular basis, you will ensure technical supports and monitor the partners engaged in increasing representation and active participation of community members, especially women in the management of local level MNCH services; establishing improved and timely access to women-friendly health services at family and community level along the continuum of care; increasing knowledge and skills of male and female government and NGO health workers in the project areas and establishing improved referral health programs. Alongside you will prepare budget and manage resources; provide supports for capacity building of partners, community including relevant local govt. bodies; prepare reports and project documentation; and maintain a health network at program unit level that includes GO, NGOs and other organizatJons. For this roie, you should have Masters degree plus at least three years' experience in community mobilization and partner management for community based health programs. Reporting to the Accounts Coordinator you will be responsible for checking bills and making payments; dealing with VAT & tax; validating the movement of payroll; preparing bank reconciliation; recording financial transactions in the corporate system; maintaining filing system; and preparing monthly financial reports. For this role you should have at least Bachelor's degree in accounting with 1-2 years' relevant experience gained in any development organisation. Skills in using spreadsheet and standard accounting software are essential requirements. Communication skills in English would be a plus.
