Production, Maintenance Manager with Abul Khair Group

Abul Khair Group is one of the leading conglomerates in the country with strong presence in Steel, Cement, Consumer Goods, Tobacco, Ceramic and Power besides it's well set trading business. Now, we are looking for experienced professionals for it's up-coming Oxygen Plant for the following positions for immediate employment.

Job Location: Chittagong

•  Production Manager/ Incharge

Academic & professional background:

•  B. Sc. in Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical engineering from any recognized local or foreign university.

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in any large Oxygen Plant.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Operating, monitoring and controlling of process parameters in achieving optimum operational efficiency of the plant.

• Analyzing, evaluating and improving manufacturing processes to facilitate cost efficiency and cost reduction as well.

« Ensuring quality of the products.

• Ensuring compliance of the safety standards.

•  Maintenance Manager/Incharge

Academic & professional background:

•  B. Sc. in Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical engineering from any recognized local or foreign university.

•  3-5 years of relevant experience in any large Oxygen Plant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning and implementing of preventive and predictive maintenance in coordination with the production department aiming at zero breakdown level.

• Designing and improving maintenance strategies, procedures and methods.

•  Maintaining inventories of spares in a cost effective manner.

• Continuous improvement of the capacity building of the plant and machineries.
